Crain’s Best Places to Work, in partnership with Best Companies Group, identifies and recognizes the top employers benefitting New York City’s economy and workforce, while demonstrating outstanding workplace culture.

In its 10th year, Crain’s New York Business and Best Companies Group comprised a list recognizing the top 100 organizations demonstrating outstanding workplace achievements in New York City. A listing of the companies named to the ‘Best Places to Work’ list appears today on Crain’s New York Business’ website. Crain’s New York Business will publish the numerical rankings online at crainsnewyork.com on Friday, December 1st, at which time the organizations who made the list will also be honored at a celebratory luncheon.
Companies across all five boroughs participated in the two-part survey process to determine the winners. The first part (25% of the ranking) consisted of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second part (75% of the ranking) involved an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking, evaluated by Best Companies Group.
